Question 1

How do I call a view function from my browser?

Accepted Answer

Paste your contract's ABI JSON and address into ABI Page Builder, select the network, and click Generate Page. All view (read) functions appear automatically — call them directly from your browser with no code or wallet required.

Question 2

Is this an alternative to Etherscan's Read/Write Contract?

Accepted Answer

Yes. ABI Page Builder works with any EVM-compatible chain, not just Ethereum. It supports custom RPC endpoints so you can interact with contracts on networks Etherscan doesn't cover.

Question 3

Can I use a custom RPC endpoint?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Select 'Custom RPC' from the network dropdown, enter your RPC URL and chain ID, and ABI Page Builder will route all calls through your endpoint.

Question 4

What if Etherscan write contract is not working?

Accepted Answer

ABI Page Builder connects directly to the blockchain via RPC, bypassing Etherscan entirely. If Etherscan's write interface is down or unsupported on your chain, paste the ABI here and send transactions directly.

Question 5

How do I send a transaction using an ABI?

Accepted Answer

Paste the ABI JSON, enter the contract address, and generate the page. Connect your wallet (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.), fill in the function parameters, and submit. ABI Page Builder builds and sends the transaction for you.
